STAY AT THE CAMPSITE

We do not offer separate pitches for small hiker tents. The minimum weekend stay is 3 nights. Overnight stays at the campsite are permitted only for adults. Children may visit but are not allowed to stay overnight. A maximum of 4 people are allowed on a comfort pitch and a maximum of 3 people on a standard pitch. Check-in is possible from 1:00 PM and check-out must take place before 11:30 AM. A surcharge will be calculated for any deviation from this time. Visitors must be registered. Visitors with a maximum of 1 pet are only permitted on pitches 301 to 320. The costs and responsibility are the responsibility of the camper. Visitors must park their cars in the parking lot. The use of charcoal and open fires is not permitted at the campsite!

SHORT RECREATIONAL STAY

Any assigned pitch number is indicative only and offers no guarantee. We can only guarantee a fixed preferred location for reservations of 14 days or more. We do, however, take your wishes into account as much as possible.

LONG RECREATIONAL STAY

We offer 3 packages, for which a maximum stay of 3 months applies. You can book a spring (April 1 to June 30), a high season (July 1 to August 31 + optional September), and a late season (August 15 to October 1). With a package, the guest is required to be predominantly present (as large-scale vacancy is undesirable) and to keep the grass around their caravan and awning tidy themselves. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the manager charging costs for the necessary maintenance or refusing the camper a package.

RATES AND QUOTATIONS

Our rates and quotations are subject to price changes resulting from: annual price adjustments as of December 31, government changes and unforeseen price increases (including energy costs). The camping rate includes water, sewage and antenna connection, wireless internet, use of hot showers, use of bicycle storage, and use of the recreation room. For reservation rates of up to and including 27 days, 5 kWh of electricity per day is included as standard, and 8 kWh for a pitch with private sanitary facilities. Any excess consumption will be charged at the applicable rate per kWh. Electricity is not included for reservation rates of 28 days or more; in this case, electricity consumption will be invoiced separately at the applicable rate per kWh.

COMFORT PITCHES

All pitches are partially equipped with a gravel surface on which you can place your caravan, car, and/or tent; as also indicated in our brochure. No items or flowerpots may be placed on the grass. Tent carpets and/or rugs are also permitted exclusively on the paved areas. STANDARD PITCHES The standard pitches are car-free, with the exception of the day of arrival and departure. Your car must be parked in the parking lot; with the exception of motorhomes, which are permitted on these standard pitches. All standard pitches are also equipped with water, electricity, and sewage connections! PETS Camping with pets is permitted exclusively on standard pitches nos. 211 to 216 and comfort pitches nos. 307 to 314. On the remaining pitches with 300 numbers, pets are allowed upon consultation. Maximum 1 pet per camper. In consultation with management, 2 pets may be possible on the comfort pitches.

PRIVATE SANITARY FACILITIES

The private sanitary facilities are equipped with a shower cabin, a toilet, a washbasin, electric heating, and a 50-liter boiler. Pitches with private sanitary facilities are equipped with their own fuse box, which is fused with 16 Ampere electricity, with an additional maximum of 10 Ampere for the sanitary unit and 10 Ampere for the caravan. The fuse box is located inside the unit.

PAYMENT TERMS

Conditions according to “Recron Terms and Conditions for Tourist Pitches”. The period reserved by the guest must be paid in full. An early departure or a later arrival date is at the guest's expense and does not constitute grounds for any form of refund. Full payment must be made before departure. It is also possible that we invoice a deposit or the full camping rate in advance; in that case, this must be paid within the payment term. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (including accident, illness, or coronavirus), any (down) payments will be registered as credit for a new booking. Refunds of paid funds are not possible. Payments can be made in advance by bank transfer or on-site by debit card. Banknotes larger than € 50.00 are not accepted!
